2001 Beneteau 411

This is the three stateroom, two head version with the galley running along the port side of the salon. There's an owner's suite forward with its own head in the V-Peak. There's two identical staterooms aft separated bt the engine compartment. A full nav station is to starboard and a full head to port. The dining area seats up to six with its removable centerline bench seat in place. Please see the last photo for a layout diagram. Better yet, take the video tour.

This is the Euro-style galley that runs the length of the salon providing more counter space and better access to the dining table. You get a large, bright, well-vented galley without sacrificing seating around the table because the 411's salon is wide enough to accommodate a removable centerline bench seat that allows for dining of up to six at the table.  The chef also has excellent views out of the boat while preparing meals.

Navy custom canvas package by Sharp Canvas (Chester, CT) includes:

Connector with clear panels to provide protection while allowing visibility

While the canvas appears to be in good condition, the clear panels are getting cloudy. They work, but I think a new owner may want to replace them. 

Overall, the canvas package design is really good, one of the better I've seen and I see a lot. New clear panels recommended. 

Navy Sunbrella-type material cockpit cushions - in good condition (no rips or blown-out seams) but they need cleaning. You could easily clean yourself or bring to a canvas shop.

The bright, airy Euro-galley really works well on this model with more meal prep space and excellent outside views for chef without sacrificing seating around the table. It also serves as a great workbench for projects around the boat.

Brilliant Canvas package design, but (see below)...

The Bad:

The clear panels in the canvas package are cloudy and could use replacing.

The interior cushions are in good structural condition (no tears, or worn areas) but they need a good cleaning.

The cockpit cushions are in good condition but they need a good cleaning.

The Ugly:

Strong odors in the forward head - could simply need a pump-out or perhaps head hose replacement. If it was my new boat, I'd start fresh with a new toilet and hoses, and give the tank a very good cleaning.

There is a lot of marine growth, (beard), on the bow thruster. This needs cleaning before operating the thruster. The owner will get this done before a survey.
