2013 Beneteau Oceanis 45

Westport, United States

$315,000

The Beneteau 45 was one of our best received and best selling vessels that we have had the pleasure to sell!

This particular vessel is currently owned by an extremely experience yachtsman and is been setup for comfortable cruising and extended stays aboard .  She is equipped with the ICW rig which make "running the ditch" a easy prospect.  She has numerous spares and some very nice modifications.

When you step aboard the wide comfortable cockpit is the first thing that you encounter. There is plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the sea.  A full bimini and dodger with conector helps keep you out of the sun or just remove for that sun worshiper. (There is also a forward sun pad.)  A large and sturdy davit with a fold down swim platform aft.  All of the sail handling can be done from the helm for short handed sailing.  She is equipped with a bow thruster to make docking a stressless operation .  Roller furling main, jib and code zero.

Heading below the first thing that one notices is the gradual steps and some very handy grab rails.  Once below you are greeted by a large and comfortable main salon that invites you to stay for extended periods of time.  A large and comfortable dinette table with Tv on the forward bulkhead and a desk with changeable seating to port. To port is a functional  galley complete with refrigerator, freezer, oven and stove, sink and microwave.  Aft are two guest cabins and to starboard is a head with stall shower.

Access the boat through a wide companionway with 45 degree stairs and easy handholds. The stairway can be lifted up on hydraulic arms for easy access to the engine.

The L-shaped galley is to port - spacious, with corian countertops, double sink, oven and stove, fridge and freezer and plentiful storage.

Behind the galley is access to the port aft cabin with double berth, light & a view of the water (through in-hull window) and ventilation (through opening portlights) and good storage.  The starboard aft cabin is also a double, with the same features and has access to the aft head, which can be accessed from the salon as well.  The aft head , basin and separate shower stall.

Just forward of the door of the head is a storage cabinet and a mirror.  The Salon has a U-shaped settee to starboard with large table that can be dropped to form a double berth.  To port is a setup that allows for changing seating options.  The seats and the nav table/cocktail table slide in such a way that the seats can be separated by the table to create a cocktail table, or the table can be positioned fore or aft, with a 2-seat settee adjacent (see pictures).  A large flat-screen TV is on the starboard, forward bulkhead. Light is through in-hull windows as well as eye-brow windows in coach roof and hatches.

The forward cabin/master cabin is extremely spacious with centerline queen-sized berth, storage to port and starboard and under the berth, full head with separate shower to starboard, hatches for ventilation and large in-hull windows that give light and a view of the water.
