Introduction
“Roots” is an exceptional SABRE 38 new offering on the brokerage market. Twin straight shaft low-hour Yanmar 440s (900 hrs), recent flag blue awl grip, perfect varnish, 9kw Onan generator, and a/c in helm deck and below.
The SABRE 38' Express combines classic Downeast styling and lively performance in a hardtop cruising yacht of exceptional beauty. Built on a vacuum-bagged hull with moderate beam and prop pockets to level the engines, the focal point of the 38' SABRE Express is her semi-enclosed helm deck with its Stidd helm and companion chairs, sliding glass side windows, and wet bar with refrigerator and ice maker.
Stepping below the satin-finished cherry interior adds to the SABRE'S sense of luxury. The owners' stateroom forward has a centerline queen berth and sliding privacy door, making it both comfortable and easy to access. The head (with a separate shower stall) can be reached from both the salon and stateroom. The main salon is configured with a long L-shaped leather settee to starboard a with a maple inlaid table that drops to form a guest berth. The galley is to port, complete with Corian counters & microwave.
The hardtop has a pair of screened hatches for ventilation. Wide side decks make bow access easy and secure.

Tom was the one of the service managers at Yacht Haven in Stamford, Connecticut from 1979 -1994. Since Tom was always sending customers to Prestige Yacht Sales, he thought he should try the brokerage business. That was eighteen years ago, Tom has since become owner of Prestige Yacht Sales.
